Leather Types

 Milano Leather
Milano is soft silky leather with excellent durability.
Harness Cowhide
Harness uses the full hide for the leather. Nothing has been removed, it is thick, strong and durable, with a smooth Nappa finish.
Boston Leather
Durable textured leather with a semi-glossy finish perfectly suited for large items such as Luggage and Briefcases.
Top Grain Nappa Cowhide
The upper parts of the hide split from the dermis, which produces the highest quality, and most supple leather goods. Nappa is the smooth finish of the leather giving it, it’s soft rich texture.
Genuine Leather
This is the leather from bottom part after the top grain has been split off. The top portion is finished either in a gloss or a nappa finish.
 Ultra Premium Bonded Leather
This is leather that is created by the grinding up of leather pieces and mixed with a bonding agent to create new usable product. The finish on this is similar to a Nappa finish.
 Deer Skin
Deerskin offers most value in softness vs durability, extremely soft and extremely durable, generally very expensive. Pebble grain common. Soft touch and somewhat spongy in it's feel.
 Florida Leather
A lightly grain texture highlights this genuine leather.
Suede
Running the surface of leather on a wheel to separate the fibers in order to get the leather nap creates a finish product. This creates leather that is soft and supple.
Man-Made Leather
Leather that is created from man-made products other than a natural animal hide. Man made leather is made from a combination of Plastic, Rubber and/or Synthetic components that have been bonded to a fabric backing.
Milano Feather-Lite Man-Made Leather
Italian man made material that features a light weight and a very soft feel. Man made leather combines synthetic materials to create a budge sensitive leather product.
 Vaquetta Leather
Colombian Vaquetta leather is soft and luxurious with the rugged beauty of cattles that have roamed the wild plains of South America.  You may notice tone variations, creases, range marks and tiny scars in the leather. These are nature's way of saying this is the real thing.
