All logo work required a die plus run charges. These charges are not included in the item price!

Ordering Procedure
Please verify all orders, order changes, delivery requirements and dates, paper proofs and any information given by phone with a confirming fax or letter. This will ensure the accuracy and correctness of processing your order.

Imprinting/Decorating
All products are priced without imprinting or personalization. While most fine leather products can be Foil Stamped or Debossed (Blind Stamping) these processes looks better on some leathers than on others. Please call for information on decoration styles and preferred imprint locations. When personalizing larger items, the use of imprinted luggage tags is strongly advised.

Standard Block Type (straight-line copy without logo) is available in several typefaces. Typefaces are available in UPPER CASE only. Please refer to typefaces for style. Cost of setup is $ 50.00 (A)
Personalization is available in either Foil Stamped or Debossed for all items.

Monograms up to 3 initials, the cost is $ 12.00 (A).

Full Name personalization is available at a cost of $ 20.00 (A)

Foil colors are available in Gold, Silver, Red, Green, White, Blue and Copper. Special colors are available upon request, please include Pantone/PMS color number for matching.



Run Charges
Imprinting Costs:
For extra small items: Business Card Cases, Luggage Tags, Key Fobs and Wine Case hang tags:
Debossing - $ 2.50 (A). Foil Stamping - $ 3.00 (A).

For small items: Wallets, Checkbook Secretaries, CD/DVD holders, Picture Frames & Brag Books, Organizers, Portfolios, Padfolios, Jotters, Golf Pouches, Passport Cases, Travel & Grooming Kits, Manicure Sets, Tie Cases Jewelry Holders, Mouse Pads, Pen Cases, Palm cases, Wine Totes, Auto Organizers, Gaming Sets, Binders, iPOD cases, Wine Accessory Kits, Binders and other such classified items:
Debossing - $3.50(A). Foil Stamping - $4.00(A).

For medium sized items: Toiletry Bags, Jewelry Boxes and Shoe Bags.
Debossing - $5.50(A). Foil Stamping - $6.00(A).

For Large items: Brief Cases, Luggage, Backpacks, Laptop Cases and Sports Bags:
Debossing - $6.00(A). Foil Stamping - $6.50(A).

Die Charge and Set Up
Standard Hot Foil Stamping or Debossing requires a Magnesium Die. Cost for the die and set up is $ 150.00 (A) per die. (Includes faxing paper proof). For repeat logo orders add $ 70.00 (A) for set up.

Die Storage
To prevent degradation, we discard all magnesium dies 24 months following their last issue.

Artwork
Camera-ready art (black and white repro stat) must be provided for logos and logotypes. We will size as necessary and fax a paper proof for approval with no additional charge. Photocopies and fax copies of art are not acceptable for artwork. Unless specifically requested in writing, artwork will not be returned. Artwork is acceptable via E-mail in PC format for PhotoShop, Illustrator and Microsoft Word (black and white format - not color). Adobe *.EPS or *.AI files preferred.

Some types of artwork can be provided by special request at an additional charge of $ 100.00 (A) each.

Artwork that requires professional attention can set handled by our graphic artist at an additional cost of $ 100.00 (A). 

Minimums
THERE ARE NO MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES

Packaging
Most products are packed in a 2-piece gift box. Large items like Briefcases, Luggage, Sports Bags and such are packed in corrugated boxing for protection. Large items can be gift boxed at an additional cost, and the pricing is dependent upon the item and quantity needed. As this would be specially ordered, please call for price quotation.

Samples
Products that have not been imprinted are still invoiced, but are returnable pending authorization by phone. Once received, a credit will be issued for the product, excluding freight/shipping charges. Please include the original outbound order number with all returns if possible. Random or spec samples are invoiced at first column pricing and are Not returnable.

Custom Products
We pride ourselves in our ability to custom design products to meet the customers' specific needs. Custom designed samples can be made at a design cost of $ 200.00 (A) each. Please call for quotation and details on all custom work. Custom design samples require a prototype model or paper presentation that is clearly understood.
Custom samples are NOT returnable.

RUSH Production
Magnesium die production requires a 24 to 36 hour turnaround. Accordingly, products that require Hot Stamping or Debossing can be ready for delivery within 3 to 4 days after written approval.

Special Color Requests
We manufacture our products in colors that we feel are fitting for the style and have proven popular with our customers. If you require a style in a color not listed, certain color request can be accommodated with a minimum order of 100 pieces per color. Please call for specific details. For stock colors that may not be offered in a particular item, special orders can be made up with a minimum of 25 units.

Production Time
Products verified in stock will be ready for delivery within 3 to 7 working days after faxed or written approval. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery of out of stock products. Please verify stock status when ordering.

Gift Wrapping
Gold, Silver, Green, Red, Blue and White high quality gift-wrapping is available. Gift-wrap prices vary according to the size of the gift box. Please call for details and pricing. Minimum charge for a gift-wrapped item is $ 6.00 (A) per piece for Corporate orders, and $ 10.00 (A) per piece on "Onesie" orders. Paper samples are available.

Insertions
We will insert cards or other materials in packages for a cost of $ 0.70 (A) each.

GIFT CARDS
Gift cards will be made up and put into packages for a cost of $ 3.00 (A) each.

Over-runs
We make every effort to avoid over-runs and ship the exact quantity ordered. Because of production and set-up situations, we must make a 2% over-run allowance.

Shipping 
We ship most orders via UPS and Federal Express. If requesting Federal Express or UPS Priority service, please provide your account #'s. All prices quoted are FOB plant, NJ, USA . Please add $10.00(A). each for all C.O.D. shipments.

Drop & Split Shipping
We will Drop-Ship (individually ship) most products for an additional charge of $ 7.50 (A) each plus shipping cost. This charge will be applied to all shipments to residential end customers. On Split shipments a charge of $ 7.50 (A) will be applied to each destination address on the order.

International Shipments
All orders for Export must be accompanied by the proper documents. Performa and Commercial Invoices needed for export must be sent either via email or regular postal service at least 5 days prior to shipping the package(s). If documents cannot be provided, a $ 50.00 (A)-processing fee will be added to the total order for creating the proper export documentation.

Returns
Claims must be made within 10 days of shipment. Shortage claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt.

Payment
We accept Visa or Master Card for charges, as well as check, bank transfers and checks. On large orders or custom orders a 50% deposit is required. Terms for e-commerce accounts are Net 15 or Credit Card as shipped. Terms for general orders and Corporate orders are Net 30 Days from date of invoice, unless other wise arranged

Most Royce gift products are packed in an elegant, 2-piece premium box. Large items are packed in corrugated boxing for protection.

DIAMOND ENGRAVING ORNAMENTAL PLATES

Introducing our NEW personalization and decorating service from Royce Leather Gifts.
This process combines the best of both worlds for your fine leather gifts. Debossing and Jeweler quality Diamond Engraved Ornamental plates, which create a flawlessly smooth and rich addition to our products.
We offer a wide variety of plate sizes and shapes, as well as many different type styles to choose from, all at one reasonable cost.

BRASS rectangular plate with faux brads: 7/8" x 2 1/2"
BRASS rectangular plates in 6 sizes :

There is no extra charge for our plates. Plate prices are included in the engraving price.

FULL NAMES OR INITIALS
Pricing for personalization as follows:
Full names can be engraved on plates for $20(A).
 and initials for $15(A).
Oxidation of full names and/or initials is $2.00(A).

CORPORATE LOGOS
Digitalization of corporate logos for engraving or fonts that are not available to our craftsmen need to be assessed individually. All artwork must be submitted in black & white only, and must be electronic, sent preferably via-e-mail, and canbe accepted in any of the following formats: EPS, Al or High Resolution JPEG.
Setup charges will vary on original artwork depending on logo design, and the extent of time needed to prepare it to engraving. Pricing for a digitized setup is a range from $100.00(A) to $150(A).
Re-setup of an already digitized logo will be $30.00(A).

RUN CHARGES :
Outlined corporate logos: $6(A).
Filled-In corporate logos: $7.50(A).
Oxidation of logos: $2(A).
